In this section I will be showing you work I have done in other courses that I have learned useful skills and insight from.

In this assignment I was asked to reflect on a personality test and determine its true accuracy. My target audience was both myself and my professor. I was writing to myself to help learn more about myself by writing a truthful reflection, and to my professor to explain that I understand my results and find how they resonate with me. My goal for this assignment was to describe myself in a more defined way than a number on a scale and take a more detailed look into how the website had done. I learned how to efficiently analyze myself from this assignment because it made me deeply think about myself. This was greatly beneficial as it helped me learn a little more about myself, and also about how I can go about breaking down information to explain it better. I highly suggest taking the time to discover the right way to explain yourself because it gives you a better self-connection.

This was a lab report I wrote about the lab we had done that day on mitosis. I had looked at mitosis being performed in cells of a root and needed to find specific information from the lab.  My audience was my instructor because the purpose was to demonstrate that I had found the correct information from the lab.  My goal of this assignment was to accurately record information about cells and their journey through mitosis. I used observation skills and critical thinking in order to process what I was seeing through the microscope and to find outside information to provide further context. This assignment helped me see the true value of outside source usage as it made it significantly easier to navigate through this lab and discover more about different cell types and their process of mitosis.
